At ROCKBROS, we stand by the quality of our cycling and sports gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to ROCKBROS

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our designated warehouse address using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
